IMPORTANT NOTICE: COLLECTIBLES - NO RETURNS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please read carefully before purchasing Trading Card Games (TCGs), Sports Cards, Entertainment Cards, and other collectible items.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL.** We do not accept returns on collectible products.

We guarantee the authenticity of our products and that they have not been weighed, searched, or tampered with. We have conducted the available tests for authenticity on trading cards like Magic the Gathering (T test, red dot, foil, overlays, etc). Again, no refunds for TCG products. If you are concerned about the item due to its value, visit the store in person and do not order it online as there are no returns.

 **We make NO guarantees regarding:**
    * The condition of product packaging (boxes, wrappers, etc.).

    * If you are buying high end products, ask for photos or what tests we have done for authenticity. We are not responsible for the actions of shipping carriers. We will assist with package claims, but are not responsible for their actions.
    * The condition of the cards contained within sealed products.
    * The number or type of "hits" (rare cards, autographs, etc.) you may receive.
* For any issues related to manufacturer-stated odds or contents, please contact the manufacturer directly, as per their policies. Manufacturer protections often have specific timeframes.

**FOR CONDITION CONCERNS (packaging, inner packs, etc.):**

**PLEASE INSPECT ALL COLLECTIBLE ITEMS THOROUGHLY *BEFORE* COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.** We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and encourage careful examination. We recommend only purchasing instore for items that you are concerned about the condition of the packaging.

If we offer PRE-ORDERS the sale is final. The Collectibles market fluctuates in value frequently and is beyond our control. If the value increases we will not cancel your orders to capture the increased margin. So, if the value falls below your purchase price we will also not cancel your Pre-Order and any chargebacks may be fought. Purchase Pre-Orders with care. We will only post items for Pre-Order once we have confirmed numbers, but Distributors have been known to alter these finalized numbers at the last minute. If this happens, we will honor the Pre-Orders in the order they were purchased and issues refunds without charging any sort of fee for those that we cannot fill.

Cancellations can be requested prior to In Store Pickup/Shipment, but are also subject to a 5% cancellation and restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must also not be an item covered under the Collectibles - No return policy above. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a 7-day period from when the item is purchased to receive a refund or exchange for non-collectible items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products containing Trading Cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, custom engraved merchandise or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. , Custom printed items, Custom Engraved items, and other personalized retail items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds for shipping or in-store pickup orders
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus any applicable credit card and/or processing fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
